Questions...
...about Steffens' Compatible Wide Format Cartridges:

Why should I buy from you, what about the other companies that offer after-market toner...

Our compatible toner prints better than any other brand of compatible toner, worldwide,  guaranteed.

Steffens Corp. was the first company (in 1999) to introduce a competitive 8825/8830 non-Xerox brand cartridge. We also have toner and developer for the Xerox 2510, 2515/20, 3001 replacing 6R234, 6R732, 5R178, Xerox 3030/40/50/60 replacing 6R884, 5R310,  Xerox 8825/8830 replacing 6R891, 5R310, and Xerox 8850, 510dp replacing 6R989.

We pledge better support than any other toner company.  We invest thousands of hours testing and running toner.  Our products are guaranteed to work as good as Xerox, or your money back. We also offer limited technical support to our parts customers.

Same day shipping, 3% early pay discount, free dealer labeling, discount developer pricing, adds value that may not be offered by others.

My service technician says that I must use XEROX Brand toner in my machine...

(That statement is illegal) That's right! It is illegal for a technician or service provider to require you to purchase the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) consumable product. Let's face it, they make a lot of money on supplies, and they want you to purchase from them, that's business. They cannot legally force you to buy a particular brand. Call us if you need assistance defending your rights.

If you bought a new car, let's say a Ford, what would you do if they told you that you can only use Ford Brand gasoline, or they wouldn't service it! That's a crazy thought, isn't it? It's the same thing with printers, how ridiculous it is for the service provider to dictate where you should buy your consumables.

(Speaking of cars)...

When your car runs low on fuel, do you go out and purchase a new gas tank, full of fuel? No, but continually buying new plastic cartridges with new toner in them every time is like buying a new gas tank every time. The plastic toner cartridges (Xerox 3030/50/60 & 8825/30, 8850) can be reused many times. What do you think Xerox does with all those cartridges that you send back to them? (Remember, we should be recycling, and if it saves you real money, great!)
